Production Systems
Manufacturing and QualityOur engineering excellence is a leading factor in providing value added packaging components to our customers. Our fully compliant ISO Quality System is the key to ensuring that we live by the statement, "Quality is not the absence of defects, Quality the presence of value".
Our employees have been rigorously trained in Process Control, Preventive and Corrective Actions, Material Handling, Tools and Equipment, Quality Assurance and Safety and have been certified to a national standard by the Society of the Plastics Industry.
Tooling and PrototypingBy manufacturing tooling in-house, we are able to design into our tooling the value added engineering aspects that create efficiency and quality in production. Our Engineering Department's CAD/CAM Systems integrate SolidWorks and MasterCam. This provides the techology to design and prototype tooling and allows for quick turnaround on modifications in response to our customers and their market demands.
Production Equipment / Technical SupportProduction equipment is meticulously maintained to optimal operating conditions. Our trained technicians are actively attentive to production to minimize process variability.
